How I work
My therapeutic approach
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear. I believe every person possesses inherent resilience and strength — my role is to help you discover and build upon those qualities.
Using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs — including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, trauma-focused techniques, and solution-focused methods — I help clients develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. I'm here to walk alongside you, providing support, guidance, and a safe space as you explore new possibilities.
Off the clock
Beyond the office
The Dallas area is home for me, my husband, and our two sons. Being a mother has given me firsthand insight into the joys and challenges of parenting — perspective I bring to every session with families navigating their own journey.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me spending time with family, staying connected to our community, and pursuing ongoing professional development to ensure I'm providing the most current, effective care possible.
Recognition
Proud to be recognized as a “Mom Approved Therapist” by Dallas Child Magazine — an honor that reflects my commitment to providing compassionate, effective care that families trust and recommend.
